SISSETON HIGH SCHOOL ... To teach students to become lifelong learners.

MISSION STATEMENT: To involve educators, parents, community members and students to insure that students: acquire the knowledge, attitude, and skills necessary to become responsible citizens; develop the desire to become life-long learners: acquire essential skills needed for employment in a technologically changing world; perpetuate and improve the democratic process; develop cultural literacy to utilize reading, writing, and speaking skills to enlarge their understanding of the nation and the world.

Performing Arts Center Update!
As is evidenced by the photo, construction on the NEW Performing Arts Center is proceeding nicely. Work began in early May 2009, with the PAC scheduled to open in early 2010. More photos Click Here
