Preference is given to applicants with a teaching assignment in the school district. Bachelor’s degree and prior coaching experience preferred. Full-Time Custodian -
$16.25/hr + benefits, including health insurance, sick leave, vacation, and holiday pay. 12-month position. For more information, contact David Peterson (ext. 1123) or complete and return the Classified Job Application to the Business Office. 

Part-Time, or Substitute Food Service -
$15.25/hr + benefits. 10-month position. For more information on these positions, contact Roxanne Wright (ext. 1124) or complete/return the Classified Job Application to the Business Office. 

Paraprofessionals - (Early Childhood Special Education, Elementary, Middle School, High School Special Education).
$15.50/hr certified (associate's degree, 48 credit hours, or ParaPro exam) + benefits. 10-month position. For more information on these positions, contact the District Business Office - 605-698-7613 or complete/return the Classified Job Application to the Business Office. 

Bus Driver - Full-Time Route Driver -
Guaranteed 5-hour day for full-time driver. Will consider AM-only or PM-only drivers.
$25.75/hour + benefits.  Must have a CDL class B license with passenger & bus endorsements.  The District will pay for initial license, endorsements, and health card renewal. 10-month position.

Bus Drivers (Substitute)
Either morning and/or afternoon.  $25.75/hour.  Must have a CDL class B license with passenger & bus endorsements.  The District will pay for initial license, endorsements, and health card renewal.

Substitute Teacher/Paraprofessional:   Application
Please note on the application which position(s) you are interested in serving. Example - Middle School Substitute Teacher, Elementary Paraprofessional.

District Volunteers: (Application) All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age, complete the volunteer form annually, and receive principal/administrative approval before serving as a volunteer. Individuals who will work independently with students must complete a background check. Volunteer coaches must complete all SDHSAA and Sisseton School District coaching requirements before serving in a volunteer position.
