The Sisseton School District Native American Parent Committee meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 1, from 4:30 to 5:00 p.m. in the Sisseton HS/MS Multipurpose Room.

Parents: You can pay for student meals online through your Campus Parent account. You can access your campus parent account online or through the Campus Parent app. Options for recurring payments are available weekly, semi-monthly (1st & 15th of each month), monthly, or when your student has a low balance. There is a $10 minimum online payment.

Vision screenings will take place Tuesday (9/23) at Westside Elementary, and Wednesday (9/24) at SMS. Parents - if you do not want your child to participate in the screening, please contact the school office by Monday, September 22.

The South Dakota Symphony Orchestra invites you to the music composition academy concert on Thursday, September 18, at 7:00 p.m., in the Performing Arts Center. This performance features SDSO musicians performing pieces created by local student composers and the premier of a new Lakota Music Project composition with Bryan Akipa playing the red cedar flute. There is no admission fee for this event.

Join us for Sisseton's Homecoming Parade on Friday, September 12.
All are invited to participate in the parade. Floats may start lining up in the SHS parking lot starting at 1:00 p.m. The parade will start at 1:30 p.m. This year's parade theme is "Disney".
