Our last community visit of the school year was today. Thank you TLC and Edgewood for this opportunity. Parents/Guardians take time with your children this summer to visit our friends at TLC and Edgewood.

Fourth Grade community visit this week was a tour to their soon to be fifth grade school home in August. Thank you Principal Curran and SMS Student Council for the tour and answering questions.
Between preparing delicious food, adhering to strict nutrition standards, navigating student food allergies, and offering service with a smile, nutrition professionals have a lot on their plate. THANK YOU to our food service staff for your hard work and commitment to our students!

Mark Zimmerman - South Dakota Artist in Residency visited Westside Elementary this school year. During his time in Sisseton he drew the following prints specifically to be given to a student in each grade for a random act of kindness - caught being good beyond expectation.
