Across grade levels team rooms Mrs. Joan (Jr. Kgn/Kgn) and Mrs. Princess (2nd Grade) joined together for Morning Meeting Friday, February 2nd. The goal for their learning time was to show team work, responsibility and improve social skills.
Celebrations this week at Westside:
-Mrs. Holler's class had a pizza party for 20 Days in School on time - all day!
-Linda Quade is teaching our learners on Fridays - Healthy Living - Organwise Guy
-Student Council met to assist with decisions and share student input for Conferences/Read Across America Week and State Assessment plans
-Students are learning and growing intentionally each day with their teachers!

The Sisseton School District Special Education department is hosting parent & staff trainings during the 2023-24 school year. The January 18th training will cover "Understanding Reading and Reading Challenges". This training will be held from 4:15 to 5:30 p.m. in the SHS/SMS Multi-Purpose Room. Sisseton Schools will start at 10 o'clock on Tuesday, January 16. Buses will run where able. Breakfast will not be served.
